Barry Diller is stepping down as CEO of InterActiveCorp. The announcement comes just after IAC bought out Liberty Media Corp.’s large stake in the company. IAC paid Liberty $220 in cash plus the Evite and Gifts.com businesses. It’s no secret that Diller and Liberty Media’s John Malone have not seen eye to eye for some time.
