ISP Shutting Down Illegal Video-Sharing Site

The Motion Picture Association won a lawsuit that forces the U.K.’s largest ISP to block a popular website for sharing copyrighted videos. While a victory for Hollywood, ISPs and lawmakers can’t agree on who has the ultimate authority to control content on the web.
