New York, NY — Thursday, February 17, 2011. The 54th Annual New York Emmy Awards nominations were held this morning at the studios of CUNY-TV. Shelly Palmer was nominated for four Emmy Awards for NBC Universal’s Digital Life with Shelly Palmer and his editorial work for Fox 5 (WNYW-TV New York). Mr. Palmer has two previous Emmy nominations.

Digital Life with Shelly Palmer received Emmy nominations in the categories Business/Consumer: Program/Special and Informational/Instructional: Program/Special.

Palmer’s work for Fox 5 landed him nominations for On-Camera Talent: Commentator/Editorialist and Writer: Commentary/Editorial.

The 54th Annual New York Emmy Awards will be presented at a Black Tie Gala on Sunday, April 3, 2011 at The Marriott Marquis in Times Square. For additional information, visit www.nyemmys.org.
