You know that today, most popular software like Microsoft Office, Photoshop and even Quicken are available on Macs and PCs. But beware; even though these programs have the same titles and are made by the same companies, they do not necessarily have the same features. For example, Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 is the first Microsoft Office for Mac to feature Outlook &emdash; the most popular office email client in the world. Yes, it has the same name, but it has almost none of the advanced features or group connectivity that makes Outlook for Windows a must have for almsot every business. Same with Quicken accounting software. Yes, there is a Mac version, but it is absolutely crippled when you compare it to its Windows counterpart. The good news is that there is a solution. Programs like Parallels Desktop allow you to run any Windows program on your Mac and take advantage of all of the features of both Macs and PCs.
