California Supreme Court Ruling on Violent Videogame Sales

M-Rated Games California’s Supreme Court is about to rule on a case that would make it illegal to sell ‘mature’ rated games to anyone under the age of 18. The industry is currently responsible for self-regulation, and developers feel the law would liken videogames to pornography, instead of an R-Rated movie.
