PayPal Announces Mobile Credit Card Reader

PayPal has launched PayPal Here, a new method merchants can use to accept credit card payments using their  smartphones.  By using a card reader and the PayPal Here app, businesses will be also be able to accept checks, keep track of cash transactions and send invoices.
