Twitter added new search features to its Android and iOS app on Tuesday that’ll make it easier to discover just the type of content that you’re looking for. Both apps will now offer the option to search for only pictures, videos, or news stories, where previously they could only search through usernames or entire tweets. Searching through a mass of tweets could be a bit easier now too — depending on what you’re looking for — as you’ll be able to search through all tweets in the new update, rather than just some of the most popular tweets as you could before. Twitter has been highlighting media on its network more and more lately, and Tuesday’s update should only make finding interesting content easier for its users. The update is available now on Android, and Twitter says that it should be out soon for the iPhone and iPad.
