The Jacksonville Jaguars and Daktronics have teamed up to bring the largest HD LED video displays in the world to each end zone at EverBank Field in Jacksonville, Fla. Each display, which are 60 feet high by 362 feet wide, features more than 21,700 square feet of active display area – almost enough to cover the entire field of play when combined. Offering unparalleled replay shots and other video content, the screens’ uses are endless.
Daktronics is also bringing screens to other locations throughout the stadium, including ribbon displays on both levels below the major displays and along the seating fascia on each side of the field. New screens are also replacing the existing displays that were found in each corner of the stadium. All of these additional video and ribbon displays will provide the opportunity to showcase sponsors throughout events and provide up-to-the-minute statistics, fantasy football updates and other game information.
Daktronics is also bringing its Show Control System to this installation, which will provide a combination of display control software, video processing, data integration and playback hardware that forms a user-friendly production solution.
