Peter Dengate, chairman of ICANN, the group who presides over domain names, believes it “is the biggest change technically to the Internet since it was invented 40 years ago.” Making characters from many languages will increase accessibility to the web worldwide.

After months of free access, the Wall Street Journal is today beginning to charge mobile users for content received through BlackBerry and iPhone applications.
