Verizon Communications filed an appeal of the FCC’s latest net neutrality regulations that let internet providers ration their connection. The appeal argues that the new rules grant the FCC power that is beyond even the authority of the U.S. Congress. The controversial rules were passed by a 3-2 vote and this appeal will be the first of many by proponents of a free and open internet. Read the full article at Reuters.com
