A report by the Wall Street Journal states that Google has sought advice from private-equity firms on potentially buying Yahoo. Many companies have been rumored to buy the slipping search giant, including Microsoft. If either company decides on making the purchase, it wil certainly come under a fair amount of anti-trust scrutiny.
