Starting October 31, Redbox will raise the prices on DVD rentals from $1 to $1.20 per day. The price of videogame rentals will go up even more, from $1.50 to $2. While the increase will likely upset some customers, it’s nowhere near the 60% price increase that Netflix put into effect. Will this stop you from renting at a Redbox? Unlikely.
