AT&T Begins Throttling Heavy Data Users

If you use a heavy amount of bandwidth on AT&T’s 3G service, don’t be surprised when the company sends you a text message warning of your usage. AT&T is warning those in the top 5% of data use that continued overages will cause their speeds to be reduced to 2G quality. AT&T has not clarified how much data you must use for this to happen.
