An End to the Sprint-LightSquared Deal

The 15-year, $9 billion dollar deal between Sprint and LightSquared inked in July is officially dead. This comes after a decision last month by the FCC to revoke LightSquared’s waiver to turn on its nationwide wireless network due to GPS interference. Sprint will return $65 million in prepayments, but has left the door open for future collaboration should LightSquared get its network off the ground. Read the full story at CNN Money
