TVShack Brit to be Extradited to US

23-year-old British citizen, Richard O’Dwyer, will be extradited to the United States on charges related to his operation of the pirated link host site, TVShack. O’Dwyer first ran into trouble with US authorities in 2010, but claims the site did nothing to violate British law. Under the 2003 Extradition Act that allowed for this action, O’Dwyer has 14 days to file an appeal against the decision.
