If you see flying A.R. Drones overhead, you must be standing by the Parrot exhibit. Parrot makes a wide range of electronic devices, but my favorite is the Parrot A.R. Drone. These drones, which are controlled by your iDevice, come with an HD 720p camera and can be flown as far as 165 feet away. The Drone 2.0 has pressure sensors on-board to provide stability and will automatically correct and maintain a still position in the air, regardless of wind up to 15 miles per hour. I’m hooked – The Parrot AR Drone 2.0 is really fun to fly. Now, Parrot also makes some awesome electronics for cars. Have a look at the Asteroid Classic: a head unit that replaces your car’s stock unit and lets you use it as a phone as well as for multimedia and connected services. The best part? It even gets 3G, through telephone service or a 3G stick and features voice-activated music search and even helps you find the nearest gas station. While you’re here, check out Parrot’s wide range of hands free car systems, like the MKi series. These products were made for the iPod and work with the iPhone, and are dedicated to conversation and music. Several of Parrot’s higher-end models support simultaneous connection for two Bluetooth devices, which is very useful. These units also have automatic phonebook synchronization and speaker-independent voice recognition.
