Feds Investigate Carrier IQ Phone Tracking

According to the Washington Post, federal investigators are looking into allegations that Carrier IQ’s software tracks user activity on over 150 million cellphones. The FBI has refused to confirm or deny whether they used the data themselves. Carrier IQ executives have already met with federal regulators and deny any wrongdoing.
