They’re Ba-ack!

On Tuesday, August 3, 2021, New York City became the first city in the U.S. to require proof of coronavirus vaccination for indoor dining and other leisure activities. What could possibly go wrong?

Here’s a link to “Vaccine Passport,” an essay I wrote in April, that describes the NYS app and articulates some of the management and HR issues vaccine passports are likely to cause.

We cover this topic in depth during our Hybrid Workforce Development Workshops. Reach out if you want to discuss running these workshops with your teams.

I am very interested in hearing your thoughts about vaccine passports and other measures being taken to deal with the Delta variant.
