Some users who tried to download apps from Apple’s App Store Thursday found themselves unable to do so. Although users can still browse for apps, clicking on “download” or “update” buttons yields the message, “Cannot connect to iTunes Store.” It appears to be a global issue; Harry Hirsch in Germany said he was experiencing issues, as were colleagues at both Mashable‘s New York and San Francisco offices.
