Verizon and the NFL

Verizon’s NFL Mobile customers will be able to stream every playoff game this year for the first time ever, via the NFL Mobile app. NBC, FOX, and CBS games will all be available for live streaming, which includes all Wild Card Playoff games (January 4-5), Divisional Playoff games (January 11-12), Conference Championship games (January 19), the 2014 Pro Bowl (January 26) and Super Bowl XLVIII (February 2). The NFL Mobile app from Verizon can be downloaded at NFL.com/mobile and is available for Windows, iOS, Android and Blackberry 10 devices.

The NFL also announced on Friday that fans can also watch the games on television, on a computer or tablet, and can access the live streams through FOXSportsGo.comCBSSports.com and NBCSports.com to complement each network’s specific games. Fans accessing the live streams of NBC and CBS Playoff games via Microsoft devices, including the Surface Tablet, will experience features that include: alternate camera angles, interactive statistics and a curated stream of social media content. Surface by Microsoft and Windows are The Official Tablet and PC Operating System of the NFL.

Outside of North America, all postseason games will be available online through NFL Game Pass, a subscription product that streams games in HD quality, both live and on demand.  Visit NFL.com/GamePass to download Game Pass and for information about availability in specific markets. Super Bowl XLVIII also will be broadcast in 230 countries and territories world-wide.

The NFL is the only sports league that delivers all of its games — regular-season and playoffs — on free, over-the-air television.
