Facebook Launches Daily Deals Platform

Facebook officially launched its own daily coupon program. The service, called Facebook Deals, is currently available in five U.S. cities and the offers are being geared towards group activities. By harnessing its preexisting user base and payment system, Facebook hopes friends’ interactions will make the product thrive.
