According to CNet.com, Apple is has made a deal with EMI Music and is also negotiating with Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment. Acquiring these licenses allows Apple to launch a cloud-music service with songs that Google and Amazon don’t have. If these deals pan out, will users take their music to the cloud?
