According to an attorney for Julian Assange, a US federal grand jury has met secretly in Alexandria, Virginia to discuss criminal charges. Last week, Attorney General Eric holder said he authorized “significant” actions in the WikiLeaks investigation, which could mean Assange is charged under the Espionage Act for distributing classified US State Department documents.
