Andrea Syrtash	Andrea has contributed to over a dozen relationship-advice books and is the editor of “How to Survive the Real World” and “How to Survive Your In-Laws”. Her new book, “He’s Just Not Your Type (And That’s a Good Thing)”, was published in April 2010. She is a regular advice columnist and contributor to numerous popular sites including Yahoo, The Huffington Post and Oprah.com; and she is the on-air host of ‘On Dating’, produced by NBC Digital Studios.

Dr. Gian Gonzaga	Dr. Gonzaga brings expertise in relationship, emotion and health psychology to eHarmony Labs. At the Labs, Dr. Gonzaga is researching initial attraction and will direct one of the largest, and most comprehensive longitudinal study of marriage to date. Dr. Gonzaga holds a doctorate in Personality-Social Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
