Can Cloud Computing Stop Pirating?

According to the coordinator of the United States intellectual property enforcement, moving to the cloud could vastly help copyright protection. Services like Apple’s iCloud and Amazon’s Cloud Drive could theoretically prevent pirating if that was the only way we could access music online. That’s the governments hope, but the reality is that we can never be entirely on the cloud.
