Airport Body Scanner
A federal court recently ruled that airport scanners were not a violation of the constitution and an acceptable form of search. However, the Transportation Security Administration violated the law by not providing a 90-day period for public customer feedback. Judge Douglas Ginsburg also stated that the radiation emitted by the scanners is well within acceptable limits. Read the full article at Wired.com
