Texting
A survey by Pew Research found that text messaging is the preferred method of contact for 31% of U.S. adults. The super-group of texters is unsurprisingly 18-24 year olds, who send a whopping average of nearly 110 text messages a day. The daily average for all adults is nearly 42 messages.
