A Pew Research study of online bullying found that 88% of teens witness cruel behavior online. Though, the majority of teens who admitted to being bullied said it took place offline.     There is nothing good about 1/3 of kids, people, being bullied anywhere. You won’t say that when your grandchildren are old enough to be part of that 1/3. That’s critical mass. That proves again, those who are bullying, terrorizing don’t have enough to do and lack of parental controls. (not an absolute, but at least a 33% absolute are experiencing some horrid daily fears and probably more)
