Procedural Errors Nullify Megaupload Seizure

Incorrectly filed paperwork leading to the seizure of Megaupload.com, related domains, and the arrest of its founder, Kim Dotcom, have led a New Zealand judge to render the original court order null and void. In admitting their mistake, the New Zealand government also filed a second request to re-seize Dotcom’s assets, as well as more that has been uncovered with evidence from the first raid.
