Apple has amended its Reuse and Recycling program to include the iPad 2. In August Apple updated the policy to provide gift cards, and in October began offering up to $200 for iPhones. The gift card amount you will receive for your old iPad depends on it’s age and condition, but ranges up to $320 on the high end. Other outlets like eBay and Gazelle offer actual money for a trade-in, but if you’re planning to buy the new iPad, it might not be such a bad deal. Either way, if you haven’t ordered your new iPad yet, you’ll have some time to think it over; orders from the Apple Online Store list ship times as 2-3 weeks. Read the whole story at The Next Web
