This tweet was posted by Bieber on Wednesday, and has since gained more than 200,000 retweets on the social network: “RIP Avalanna. i love you”. The pop star’s tweet references six-year old Avalanna Routh, who died of cancer Wednesday. Routh was known to fans as Mrs. Bieber after a widely publicized meeting she had with the pop star — the result of a Facebook campaign to connect with her idol as she battled a rare childhood illness.
