Whether it will be able to withstand the intense rivalry of the likes of Instagram, Viddy and SocialCam – plus a plethora of other media sharing apps – remains to be seen, but photo and video sharing platform startup Mobli has picked up $22 million in fresh funding to give it a shot. Mobli, which hit 2 million users in April this year, had earlier secured $4 million in financing.
