If you haven’t already heard, Apple and U2 are giving away a copy of the band’s latest album “Songs of Innocence” to more than 500 million users to tie in with the launch of the iPhone 6 and Watch. The album is available to stream or to download from the iTunes store, but finding the album can be a bit tricky if you don’t know where to look. Here are the steps to help you find the free download. There are two slightly different methods depending on whether you are using a desktop with iTunes or an iOS device. First up is the desktop. First, you’ll need to open up iTunes and be signed in with your Apple ID. Then, head to the Store. The easiest way to grab the album is to click on the U2 banner in the rotating carousel at the top of the screen. However, if you can’t see this option, here’s the alternate method.
