The Crypto Letters

This is a tale of two letters addressed to Michael S. Regan, administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. The first is from Jared Huffman (D-San Rafael) and signed by a group of House Democrats seeking additional environmental scrutiny for crypto mining. The second is from members of the bitcoin community, led by Michael Saylor (Chairman and CEO of MicroStrategy) and signed by a “who’s who” of bitcoin proponents.

The bitcoin community outlines eight specific “misperceptions” initially highlighted in the April 20 letter from House Democrats. Please read both of these documents.
