    This begs a Shelly Palmer question, “What were they thinking?” Who profits from anti smaller business proliferation? Who wants to retain the power and control over “all things digital” and communication (even government {koch} ? Does anyone in the government aware of the ramifications of this ? How about sending this podcast to all in office ? I will say it again: Shelly, you are the person so very needed to be the person who explains in everyday English what what is and what it means without bias (so to speak).
