    There was lots of sound and fury yesterday about this, and for good reason. It will be necessary to get the answers that Senator Frankin is after before really knowing whether this is an actual privacy crime that is already happening as the carriers have gotten and used our keystroke, etc. data, or one that is essentially localized to Carrier IQ.
