After receiving harsh criticism for throttling the speeds of unlimited-data-plan subscribers, AT&T had a change of heart. Now users won’t experience reduced speeds until reaching 3GB of use in a single month. If you’ve got a 4G device, you can use up to 5GB of data before being throttled.
