Despite Apple’s agreement to license its patent portfolio to HTC, Samsung has vowed to never settle their patent disputes. That move might not be very wise, however — in another blow to Samsung, a Dutch court has banned the sale of Samsung’s “Galaxy products that infringe on an Apple patent describing a way to scroll through a photo gallery using a touchscreen.” All Galaxy devices running Android 2.2.1 and higher that ”don’t use Samsung’s proprietary photo gallery software” will be subject to the ban.
